Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to own and optimize our revenue processes, tech stack integrations, workflows, and analytics. You will play a pivotal role in enabling our GTM team to scale efficiently, driving accurate revenue attribution, informed budgeting, and data-driven decisions in a high-growth cybersecurity environment.

 

Our Tech Stack

HubSpot (Marketing Hub Pro, Sales Hub Pro, Ops Hub, Service Hub), Gong Professional with Forecast, Aligned for deal rooms, SalesIntel for data enrichment, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Nooks auto dialer, and Notion for productivity and documentation. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for HubSpot Marketing Hub, owning revenue attribution modeling (including multi-touch), advanced dashboard/reporting, and actionable insights to guide marketing and sales strategies. 
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve HubSpot workflows, processes, and data hygiene to ensure precise revenue attribution and support data-informed marketing/sales budget decisions. 
  • Design and enhance end-to-end processes across the integrated tech stack to support rapid GTM scaling, including prospecting cadences, lead scoring models, and seamless sales-marketing alignment. 
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks for sales/marketing teams, including user permissions/configurations, marketing/sales event support, and on-demand HubSpot reports, lists, and views. 
  • Support integrations between HubSpot and tools like Gong, Aligned, SalesIntel, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Notion to automate workflows, ensure data consistency, and eliminate silos. 
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to diagnose bottlenecks, implement scalable process improvements, and cultivate a metrics-driven culture. 
  • Track and analyze core revenue metrics; deliver actionable recommendations to boost GTM efficiency, pipeline velocity, and overall scalability. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-stage B2B tech or cybersecurity company. 
  • Deep mastery of HubSpot (Marketing Hub Pro, Sales Hub Pro, Ops Hub, Service Hub), including expert-level revenue attribution modeling, workflow automation, dashboard creation, Campaigns and custom reporting. 
  • Proven expertise integrating SaaS platforms (hands-on experience with Gong, Aligned, SalesIntel, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Notion strongly preferred). 
  • Demonstrated success building/refining prospecting engines, lead scoring systems, and cross-functional processes in integrated tech environments. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in process optimization, data cleaning, revenue forecasting, and identifying operational leverage points. 
  • Proficiency managing platform admin tasks (user provisioning, permissions, event logistics, ad-hoc reporting). 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams in a remote-first setting. 
  • Exposure to AI-driven tools/workflows (e.g., in analytics or intelligence extraction). 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Revenue Operations, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub). 
  • Experience with Gong Forecast or similar revenue intelligence/forecasting tools. 
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity GTM motions or selling to security operations/SOC teams. 
  • Hands-on experience with cross-platform automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) or basic scripting for integrations.
