Position Summary

We’re looking for a Product Manager, Content & Integrations to own integrations and product content that bring security and threat data into the Tidal Cyber platform.  

You’ll lead product delivery for integrations with security tools and data sources, while also overseeing the cyber threat intelligence content and related product capabilities those integrations support. You will work closely with engineering, cybersecurity subject matter experts, technology partners, customers, and product leadership to turn technical and customer needs into clear priorities and delivered capabilities. 

This is a hands-on, execution-focused product role for someone who can guide a technical development team, make decisions, and maintain momentum. It is ideal for someone who has shipped cybersecurity integrations and content and is comfortable working with APIs, cloud services, data models, and customer-facing teams. 

What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap and delivery of integrations with security tools, data sources, APIs, and partner platforms
• Translate customer, business, partner, and technical needs into clear requirements and actionable work for engineering
• Work with customers to understand how they connect security data, evaluate tools, measure defensive coverage, and act on findings
• Work directly with security vendors and technical alliance partners to identify, scope, launch, and maintain valuable integrations
• Partner with cybersecurity researchers and subject matter experts to turn complex domain knowledge into accurate, scalable product content
• Prioritize integration and content work based on customer value, product goals, technical feasibility, reliability, and delivery effort
• Work closely with engineers on API behavior, authentication, data mapping, deployment dependencies, and integration reliability
• Validate assumptions through customer conversations, partner input, product data, and lightweight feedback loops
• Define and track how well integrations, content, and related product capabilities help customers achieve their goals
  

What Success Looks Like

• Customers can connect relevant security and threat data to Tidal Cyber with less friction 
• Integrations are useful, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with the tools and workflows customers already use
• Customers can use accurate content and performance data to evaluate security capabilities and prioritize action
• Product content is reliable, well-structured, and grounded in customer and research needs
• Engineering receives clear requirements, technical context, priorities, and timely product decisions
• Customer, vendor, and product data consistently inform roadmap decisions 

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building and delivering technical B2B software products
• Experience shipping cybersecurity integrations and content for a SIEM, EDR or XDR, CTEM, security validation, threat intelligence, or related platform
• Experience owning API or data integrations from discovery and technical scoping through launch, adoption, and ongoing maintenance
• Experience working directly with technology vendors and building integrations as part of a technical alliance or partner relationship
• Experience translating cybersecurity research or subject matter expertise into product capabilities and content customers can use
• Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout discovery, development, launch, and iteration
• Technical fluency with APIs, cloud services, integration architectures, data models, and common authentication patterns 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SIEM, EDR or XDR, CTEM, breach and attack simulation, security validation, threat intelligence, or security operations platforms
• Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence and how security teams use it to make decisions
• Hands-on development experience is a plus. Our stack is primarily Python and Django on AWS, with LocalStack used for local development
• Experience defining or managing data quality, coverage, normalization, reliability, or performance requirements
• Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth software company
• Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and common threat intelligence concepts and ecosystems, including TTPs, STIX, MISP, and CVEs

Location  

This is a U.S.-based, mostly remote role. You should be available during core Eastern Time hours and able to travel occasionally to Reston, VA, customer locations, industry events, or other sites for working sessions.
