Product Manager

Position Summary
We’re looking for a Product Manager who brings clarity, structure, and strong customer focus to a fast-moving cybersecurity startup. You’ll work closely with our co-founders, SMEs, and product leadership to turn vision into execution by organizing work, driving delivery, and ensuring the customer’s voice shows up in every decision.
This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, thrives in ambiguity, and loves bringing order to complex, technical environments.
What You'll Do
- Break work into clear, actionable steps for engineering
- Keep teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and expectations
- Surface risks early and help keep delivery unblocked
- Talk regularly with customers and synthesize feedback into insights
- Validate assumptions early and build lightweight feedback loops
- Improve workflows, documentation, and product processes
- Create clarity across engineering, SMEs, customer support, and sales engineering
- Translate ambiguity into structure, requirements, and decisions
- Maintain steady progress in a high-energy, high-growth environment
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years in product management or a related role
- Strong communicator across technical and non-technical teams
- Confident talking with customers and distilling insights
- Solid product/design sense and ability to define “what good looks like”
- Skilled at creating structure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- General understanding of AI capabilities today and a willingness to learn more

- Experience in cybersecurity and a desire to learn more
- Customer-first, low ego, and collaborative with deep SMEs

Location
This is a U.S.-based, mostly remote role. You should be available during core Eastern Time hours and able to travel occasionally to Reston, VA or other sites for team working sessions.
