WORK AT TIDAL CYBER

Field and Channel Marketing Manager

US-Based Remote

Some Travel Required

Tidal Cyber is defining Threat-Led Defense, helping security teams determine which attacks they are prepared to stop, where their defenses fall short, and how to strengthen them. While traditional approaches start with inventories of assets, vulnerabilities, and potential weaknesses, Tidal starts with the adversary and how they execute.

Built by MITRE ATT&CK® experts and the co-founder of MITRE’s Center for Threat-Informed Defense, our platform goes beyond tactics and techniques to the procedural level: the specific steps, commands, and tools adversaries use to achieve their objectives. Tidal connects threat intelligence, assets, vulnerabilities, and defenses to give organizations a complete view of their threat landscape and the ability to act on it.

For security leaders, that means replacing assumptions with evidence. They can show where the organization is prepared, focus teams on the gaps that create the greatest risk, make better use of existing security investments, and give executives a clearer answer when asked, “Can we defend against this attack?”

The result is a more precise way to improve defensive coverage, reduce the probability of attacker success, and lower residual risk.

We are building a new category in cybersecurity. Join us in shaping what comes next.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field & Channel Marketing Manager to build high-impact programs that create relationships, engagement, and pipeline within our target market.

This role will own our field marketing, executive programs, community experiences, and partner marketing efforts. You will work closely with Sales, channel partners, customers, executives, and the broader marketing team to create programs that bring the right people together and move strategic accounts forward.

We are not looking for someone whose primary measure of success is the number of events executed. We are looking for someone who understands that great field marketing is about creating meaningful engagement with the right accounts and converting those relationships into pipeline and revenue.

What You'll Own

Field Marketing

    • Develop the field marketing strategy in partnership with Sales and marketing leadership.
    • Build regional and account-focused programs designed around priority markets and target accounts.
    • Plan and execute executive dinners, roundtables, community events, workshops, conferences, and other high-value experiences.
    • Develop creative alternatives to traditional trade shows and large booth-based programs.
    • Evaluate event investments based on strategic value, target-account participation, pipeline potential, and expected return.
    • Build pre-event, onsite, and post-event programs that connect field activity to broader campaigns.

Executive & Community Programs

    • Create programs that bring together CISOs, security leaders, practitioners, customers, prospects, partners, and industry experts.
    • Develop virtual and in-person roundtables around timely security topics and customer challenges.
    • Identify opportunities to turn executive conversations and community programs into content, customer stories, social programs, and ongoing engagement.
    • Partner with internal executives and industry influencers to extend program reach and credibility.
    • Help build a community-oriented marketing motion rather than relying solely on transactional event tactics.

Channel & Partner Marketing

    • Develop joint marketing programs with strategic technology, channel, and ecosystem partners.
    • Work with Sales and partnerships teams to identify partners that can expand access to target accounts.
    • Create co-marketing campaigns, events, webinars, content, and account-based partner programs.
    • Help partners understand our positioning, target buyers, and campaign opportunities.
    • Track partner-influenced engagement, opportunities, and pipeline.

Account Activation

    • Work closely with the ABX & Growth Marketing Manager to develop surround-sound programs around priority accounts.
    • Coordinate field programs with digital campaigns, outbound Sales activity, partner engagement, and executive outreach.
    • Identify strategic accounts that would benefit from high-touch marketing intervention.
    • Help create repeatable account plays that can be deployed across markets and regions.

Pipeline & Measurement

      • Establish clear goals for every major program before investment is made.
      • Track target-account attendance, engagement, meetings, opportunities, influenced pipeline, sourced pipeline, and program ROI.
      • Monitor pipeline progression after events rather than treating attendance as the primary success metric.
      • Partner with ABX & Growth to ensure campaign and event activity is properly tracked in HubSpot.
      • Regularly evaluate which programs should be expanded, modified, or eliminated based on performance.

What Success Looks Like

Within this role, success means:

    • Field programs consistently engage the accounts Sales cares most about.
    • Events create meaningful conversations and opportunities rather than simply generating badge scans.
    • Marketing develops repeatable executive and community programs that become part of the company's market presence.
    • Partners actively contribute to account engagement and pipeline.
    • Field, channel, ABX, and Sales programs operate as one coordinated motion.
    • Marketing knows which field investments create pipeline and which do not.
    • Programs generate content, relationships, customer advocacy, and market awareness in addition to immediate pipeline.

What We're Looking For

      • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, integrated marketing, or demand generation.
      • Experience marketing to enterprise audiences; cybersecurity or enterprise technology experience is strongly preferred.
      • Strong experience planning executive-level events and account-focused programs.
      • Experience working directly with Sales teams and managing regional or account-based marketing programs.
      • Experience developing partner or channel marketing initiatives.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
      • Commercial mindset and comfort being measured on pipeline and revenue outcomes.
      • Ability to build relationships with executives, customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
      • Comfortable challenging traditional event approaches and experimenting with new formats.
      • Willingness to be hands-on and execute in a fast-moving environment.

How You'll Work

You will work closely with:

    • ABX & Growth Marketing to coordinate account campaigns, digital surround-sound, measurement, and pipeline reporting.
    • Product Marketing to develop themes, messaging, executive topics, and program content.
    • Sales and SDR teams to prioritize accounts, recruit attendees, execute follow-up, and progress opportunities.
    • Partners and customer advocates to create joint programs and extend market reach.
    • External brand and creative partners to develop event experiences and supporting materials.
    • Marketing leadership to prioritize markets, investments, programs, and pipeline goals.
