Customer Success Manager
Salary: $115,000-$150,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based cash bonus, incentive stock ownership, 401k, 100% paid premiums for medical, dental and vision, unlimited paid time off and other benefits.

We are looking for a passionate individual with excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills. As an experienced customer success professional, you will bring your experience to identify early and proactively address potential risks associated with successful adoption of the Tidal Platform – ensuring consistent customer success. The successful candidate must be able to adapt in our fast-moving organization, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and engage with a variety of stakeholders in the customer’s security organization ranging from leadership, threat intelligence, blue, and red teams.

- Proven project management skills to organize and implement the Tidal customer success program
- Interpersonal skills and empathy to develop strong relationships with customers
- Able to communicate across a diverse set of technical roles and leadership levels
- Maintain product knowledge and identify key customer requirements
- Collaborate with the Tidal product and engineering teams to document customer requirements
This is a hybrid position where regular travel into Reston, VA is a requirement.
