About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a seasoned Customer Success Manager who understands cybersecurity deeply and knows how to drive measurable customer outcomes.

This isn’t a “maintain the book” CSM role. It’s an opportunity to build the playbook, shape strategy, and drive impact from day one.

You’ll partner with security leaders, drive adoption of Threat-Led Defense programs, influence product direction, and directly impact retention and expansion. You’ll help define what Customer Success looks like as we scale.

 

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end customer lifecycle management: onboarding → adoption → renewal → expansion

  • Trusted advisor relationships with security leaders, and practitioners

  • Executive Business Reviews tied to real security outcomes

  • Success plans aligned to customers’ threat-led defense goals

  • Expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales

  • Cross-functional feedback loops with Product & Engineering

  • Proactive churn risk mitigation

  • Up to 25% travel for customer and company engagement

What You Bring

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager

  • Experience engaging both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders

  • Proven record of driving renewals and expansion with enterprise customers

  • Experience onboarding customers, including discovery and technical demos

  • Direct experience in the cybersecurity industry (vendor side strongly preferred)

  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity concepts and frameworks

  • US-based and authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)

Strongly Preferred:

  • Startup or scale-up experience - you’ve operated without a playbook before

  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK or Threat-Informed Defense

  • Located in the Eastern Time Zone

This is a US-based, mostly remote role with up to 25% travel required.
