- - New Threat Objects & Metadata Updates:** BlackSuit Ransomware Actors**: [New Group object](https://app.tidalcyber.com/groups/1d751794-ce94-4936-bf45-4ab86d0e3b6e) published, with Technique relationships largely derived from the [recently updated U.S. government advisory](https://www.cisa.gov/news-events/cybersecurity-advisories/aa23-061a) around these actors. BlackSuit has a concerning pedigree - a suspected evolution of the prominent Royal ransomware operation (itself an offshoot of the notorious Conti Gang). We originally published a [BlackSuit Software object](https://app.tidalcyber.com/software/6e200813-4379-457b-9cce-2203bed4b072) in early June, when reported attacks began to increase. The new Group object highlights additional hands-on-keyboard Techniques and supporting Tools commonly used in BlackSuit intrusions.
